Can children wear Silverbrooke XOXO jewelry? 

Our jewelry is not intended for children under the age of twelve. 

 

Why are there color variations for some products?

Many of our products are made of natural stones, crystals, leather and other natural substances.  These substances vary in nature.  You should expect to see slight variations in colors, textures and patterns.  You should expect to see slight differences between products, these are not flaws but the beauty of nature. Remember, the product photos shown on our site is only a representation of the product you will receive. 

 

What are your products made of?

Most of our products are made of real, natural stones, Swarovski crystals, genuine leather, silver, gold, stainless steel and hardy rhodium. As many as possible are handmade. 

 

How long does it take to receive my order?

We strive to ship products from our warehouse within 48 hours.  Occasionally, factory productions are delayed, but our policy is to ship all orders within 10 business days. If there is going to be a delay with your order, we will contact you by email. 

 

What payment forms do you accept? 

We accept most major credit cards including VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and PayPal.

 

When will I be charged for my order? 

Credit cards and PayPal orders are charged at the time of submission of the order. 

 

My PayPal transaction is not working.  What should I do? 

If you are experiencing trouble checking out using PayPal, contact PayPal directly at 1‑888‑221‑1161

 

Can I change my order after it has been submitted?

Silverbrooke XOXO processes orders as quickly as possible; therefore, we cannot guarantee any changes to your order once it has been submitted. If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible by email at info@silverbrookexoxo.com.  We will do our best to assist you with your order change request.

 

Does your jewelry have a warranty?

If you have a broken or defective item, you must contact us by email within 7 days of receiving your merchandise. In your email submission, you must include pictures and a description of the damaged item.  Please note that your email does not guarantee a replacement or credit. You must be able to identify your transaction from the email receipt you received at the time of purchase. The best method is to locate your email receipt and forward that email to us at info@silverbrookexoxo.com.  Our order processing staff will review your email submission within 72 hours.

If your warranty claim is approved Silverbrooke XOXO will issue a replacement product, if one is available.  If the same product is no longer available, a credit will be issued back to your original payment method.  You must be able to identify your transaction from the email receipt you received at the time of purchase. 

Please allow put to 4 weeks to process Warranty resolution transactions. This processing time may be longer during holiday seasons.  Processing time may extend during the holiday season.

Please do not return products to Silverbrooke XOXO without an authorization.  Any unauthorized returns will be forfeited upon receipt by Silverbrooke XOXO. 

Our warranty does not cover damage to Silverbrooke XOXO products caused by modification, misuse, abuse, or negligence. Ordinary wear and tear to jewelry products should be expected.  Silverbrooke XOXO jewelry is fashion jewelry and should not be expected to be as durable as fine jewelry which sells for $100's or $1000's more. 

Please do not expose Silverbrooke XOXO products to harsh chemicals, rough environments or water.  This includes, but is not limited to, pools, hot tubs, showers, spas, steam rooms, jewelry cleaning solutions, silver polish, or leather cleaner. We strongly recommend removing all Silverbrooke XOXO jewelry when washing your hands or bathing.  

Silverbrooke XOXO is not responsible for lost or stolen merchandise.
